We are pleased to present the English version of the book Con fisarmonica. Accordion in chamber music in mixed ensembles in the context of contemporary artistic practice sources by Prof. Teresa Adamowicz-Kaszuba. The author’s many years of teaching and artistic experience, as well as her research passion, resulted in a book that describes the state of accordion chamber music. She examines the functions and roles played by the accordion in chamber ensembles and heterogeneous, mixed formations in the works of S.S. Szarzyński, J.Ph. Rameau, W.A. Mozart, A. Dvorák, A. Krzanowski, L. Zielińska, T. Lundquist. The book includes the recordings of the works discussed.
