The committee checks the documents. If something is missing, the candidate will be asked to complete them.
Three Recruitment Stages:
Stage 1 – Document Evaluation – see Appendix No. 2
Stage 2 – Artistic Presentation – see Appendix No. 1
Stage 3 – Interview – presentation of the Candidate’s individual research plan
Dates:
- Registration: 16th–31st May 2026
- Stages 2 and 3: 4th–5th July 2026
Recruitment Fee:
The fee for 2026/2027 is PLN 200.

The recruitment fee is non-refundable unless the process is cancelled.
Important information:
- The Academy does not provide an accompanist (except for Conducting).
- Adjustments to the exam process are possible for Candidates with disabilities.
- In special situations, the recruitment can be held online (by Rector’s decision).
Results and admission:
- Results are published on the Academy’s website as anonymous lists.
- Admission is confirmed by entering the Candidate into the list of Doctoral Students.
- If not accepted, the Candidate has the right to appeal within 14 days of receiving the decision.
