Culture 3.0
In September 2022, the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań, as a result of winning a grant competition on the basis of a submitted, original application, started the implementation of the project entitled:
CULTURE 3.0. The contemporary role of culture in building an integrated society by connecting artistic circles from Poland, Norway and Iceland.
The project is intended to reduce economic and social differences within the EEA, increase awareness of the need to adapt the activities of people operating in the cultural sector to the current market requirements (including: the public and the business world) and strengthen the tripartite relations between partners in the field of culture through the implementation of joint initiatives:
– 3 training cycles in three thematic blocks,
– 40 concerts with a varied plot,
– music workshops (including the 18th edition of the Poznań Flute Session and the Summer Academy of Music),
– 11 hard results (1 sheet music and didactic publication, 3 educational manuals, 1 Braille textbook, 2 CDs and new music literature.
The project sets THREE strategic goals:
- strengthening the awareness of the role of culture in building an integrated civil society,
- increasing knowledge and creating activities in the field of transculturalism and the care of Jewish cultural heritage,
- strengthening the trilateral cooperation in the partnership group composed of representatives of the world of culture from Poland, Iceland and Norway, which is to lead to the most effective fulfillment of specific objectives and the implementation of the assumed results of the submitted Project.

We invite you to the press conference which will take place on Thursday, October 20, 2022, in the Presidential Hall of the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Musical Academy Poznań.
Konferencja będzie poświęcona inauguracji projektu Kultura 3.0. Współczesna rola kultury w budowaniu społeczeństwa zintegrowanego. Projekt poprzez połączenie środowisk artystycznych z Polski, Norwegii i Islandii, ma prowadzić do zmniejszenia różnic ekonomicznych i społecznych w obrębie EOG, wzrostu świadomości konieczności dostosowania działań osób funkcjonujących w sektorze kultury do aktualnych wymogów rynku (w tym: publiczności i świata businessu) oraz wzmocnienia relacji trójstronnych między partnerami w obszarze kultury poprzez realizację wspólnych inicjatyw.
Moderatorem dyskusji będzie dr hab. Mikołaj Rykowski, prof. AMP
Konferencję uświetni występ duetu: Jakub Staszel – skrzypce, Yang Xu-Czaja – fortepian.
